Where can we do it locally?

Tolmers, Phasels Wood and Well End Activity Centres all provide Archery on their purpose built ranges. The Centres can also provide instructors.

The national Scout Archery competition is also held annually in May at Phasels Wood.

What permits do I need to run it myself?

No permit is necessary if you want to instruct Archery yourself either at an Activity Centre or at another range. However instruction must be to the standards and rules of the GNAS Community Sports Leader Award. More information can be found in the factsheet available from Scoutbase http://www.scoutbase.org.uk/library/hqdocs/facts/pdfs/fs120406.pdf
