Where can we do it locally?
The Snow Centre in Hemel Hempstead and Xscape in Milton Keynes offer indoor "real snow" snowboarding. Gosling Sports Park in Welwyn Garden City has an aritificial dry ski slope. All can provide instructors for your group.
What permits do I need to run it myself?
No permits are required to use the facilities at Hemel, Milton keynes or Welwyn if using the centres own instructors, however if you wish to lead the group yourself you will need an adventurous activity permit as laid out in the factsheet below.
