How do I help local Scouting?

The Hertfordshire Scouts Lottery is raising money for our Activity Centres and local Scouting all over the County.

Our Activity Centres are used by many diverse organisations, not just Scouts and Guides. Users include many different faith groups, community organisations, commercial companies and associations, youth programmes and public bodies such as the Police and Fire Services.

Local Scout Groups, (and there are 164 of them in Hertfordshire) are sharing in the money this lottery is raising. Each Scout Group has its own sales code on their lottery application forms. This ensures that their commission on lottery sales will be paid to them once a year, in March each year from 2012. The average Scout Group could make around
