Scout Forester Badge

Location: Tolmers

A three day course – the dates are:

Sun 26th January (10:00am – 4:00pm)

Sun 16th February (10:00am – 4:00pm)

Sun 8th March (10:00am – 4:00pm)

This course is for Scouts who are interested in trees and conservation. The course will cover all the points in the Scout Forester Badge – a copy is attached. You will need to attend all three sessions to gain the Badge.

You need to bring with you:

  • Wear old, warm clothes that you don’t mind getting muddy (uniform not needed).
  • Boots (preferably walking boots – not trainers for health & safety reasons)
  • Waterproof jacket
  • A hat or cap
  • Gloves with a leather palm (gardening or work gloves)
  • A packed lunch and hot drink

The cost of the Course is £20. There are 20 places available. First come, first served. If you have any questions about the course, contact Alan Hodge at the Tolmers office any day before 6pm.
