Tony Hankin

County Treasurer

 

As County Treasurer I am responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the County, reporting to the Trustees.

I have been involved in Hertfordshire Scouting all my life, joining as a Cub in Hitchin (before Beavers started!) and progressing through the sections. As an adult volunteer in Hitchin I have been a Cub and Scout Leader, Group Scout Leader, Assistant DIstrict Commissioner, Training Manager and District Commissioner. At County level, I was a Deputy County Commissioner and, prior to becoming Treasurer, a Trustee.

 

If I were to be an animal, it would be an adder as they should be good at numbers!
